Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using LunaFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our app. These terms apply to all users of LunaFlow, regardless of location.
Use of the App
Permitted Use: LunaFlow is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the app to track your menstrual cycle, receive personalized wellness insights, and access educational content about women's health and fitness.
Prohibited Activities: You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; (b) use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others; or (f) distribute malicious software through the app.
User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, providing accurate information, and using the app in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.
Important Disclaimer
LunaFlow is for informational and educational purposes only. The app does not provide medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. All content is based on general wellness principles and should not replace professional medical consultation. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of LunaFlow, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by Sora Studios and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The LunaFlow name and logo are trademarks of Sora Studios.
You retain ownership of any personal data you input into the app. By using LunaFlow, you grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sora Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of LunaFlow.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of LunaFlow shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sora Studios from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
Termination
You may stop using LunaFlow at any time by deleting the app from your device. You can also request account deletion by contacting us at legal@lunaflow.info.
We may suspend or terminate your access to LunaFlow if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice when possible, except in cases of serious violations or legal requirements.
Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We'll notify you of any material changes through the app, email, or other reasonable means at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of LunaFlow after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LunaFlow shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable European Union data protection laws. Your rights under GDPR are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
